Our French Roast is a bold dark roast made with premium beans from Brazil and Honduras. Roasted to a deeper profile this blend brings out intense flavors of dark cocoa roasted nut and charred caramel with a smoky lingering finish. The extended roast removes most acidity leaving behind a heavy smooth body and rich bitter sweet intensity.

Perfect for those who enjoy a strong classic cup with depth and boldness this coffee is ideal for drip moka pot or espresso style brewing.

We roast fresh batches every Saturday to ensure peak flavor and quality. After roasting, we allow the coffee to degas for two days before shipping.

Orders with Available Inventory: Shipped the next business day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Orders Requiring Fresh Roast: If your coffee is not in stock, it will be included in our next Saturday roast and shipped on Tuesday after degassing.

All coffee shipped is within five days of its roast date for optimal freshness.
